1.How do i shop on Upere?
1) Login your account, or create an account if not registered
2) browse products, choose to click one product which you want to purchase, and choose "Size", then "Add to cart" to add the product to shopping cart
3) click "SHOPPING CART", go to the shopping cart page to verify the items you want, or not, change the cart contents or continue shopping. If not, please click "Checkout"
4. You are now in "Checkout Confirmation" page, please choose the "Shipping Method" and "Payment Method", finally click the button "Confirm the order" to place the order.

2. How to find correct size for the items on our website?
When you choose size, you will see the size detail, e.g "EUR35-US5-UK2.5".

3. What's the delivery and shipping cost?
Once you order on our website, we will generally arrange delivery in 3 days (if they are in stock), and The ETA (estimated time of arrival) is normally 5-12 days after the date of shipment. And most time we do FREE SHIPPING worldwide.

4. How to track you order?
